She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry "Hose" Dombroski, and Pamela McLaughlin Dombroski, Sr.; her siblings, Larry "Duber" Dombroski, Jr., Ronald Lee Dombroski, Rita Dagan and Nellie Jo (Alex Lishick); and her brother-in-law Mark E. Bates.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Thomas Dombroski (Kourtney), Heidi Davis (Tim), Lucas Bates and Dustin Bates; her grandchildren, Lee "Bubby" Dombroski, Baylee Kinkus, Emily Davis, Landson Davis, Savanah Bates and Dakota Price; and her brothers, Randy "Banjo" Dombroski and Danny. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
