He is survived by: his son David Crook (Sheri) of McMechen, WV; his grandchild Lacey; and his siblings, Larry Crook of Elm Grove, Keith Crook of Flushing and JoEllen Crook Cowgill.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family due to the Covid-19 virus.
