She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lelah Fay Phillips of Brazelton and Albert Phillips, Sr.; her husband Russell Iler; her siblings, William E. Statzer and Pamela Fulton; her children, DeAnna Cooley (Dave) of Adena and Lelah Whitehead (John) of Wintersville; her grandchildren, Angie Taylor (Joe), Donnie Jenkins (Raylynn) and Kourtney Pfouts (Lucas); and her siblings, Pauline Best of Brazelton and Albert Phillips, Jr. (April) of Mingo Jct.
