He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Sticht and Marcia Suhr Sticht; and his brother Carl Robert Sticht. He is survived by: his wife Karen Engelbrecht Sticht; his sons, Doug of Cleveland and James of Cadiz; his grandchildren, Amanda, Angela, Alex, Duncan and Shenandoah; and his sister Mary Jo Lander of Hollywood, Florida..
