It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Jay Rothel of Cadiz, Ohio, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on June 13, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Earl William Rothel. He is survived by: his mother Alyce Wheeler Rothel of Cadiz; his sister Joni Galey of Medina; and his nieces and nephews, Andria, Austin and Autumn Galey.
