He is survived by: his daughter Janey Horstman; his siblings, Melvin Whitehead and Barbara Jackson; his wife Margaret Ann Garrison Whitehead; his children, Jimmy Whitehead (Rose) of Richmond, Jeff Whitehead (Kym) of East Longmeadow, John Whitehead (Lelah) of Wintersville, Lynn Whitehead of Hopedale and Janice Whitehead (Mike) of Cadiz; and his stepson Thomas "T. J.".
