He is survived by: his wife Lois Medley (Ash); his children, Jim Jr. Medley (Julie) of Columbus, Rick Medley of Jewett and Jami Heavilin (Brian) of Hopedale, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Jimmy, Joshua, Jacob Medley, Zachary, Nathanael, Mitchell, Tobias, Aaron Medley, Brian Jr. Heavilin (Dynasty), Ashley Prevot (Kyle), James Heavilin (Alexis), Leigha Herrmann (Josh), Hailey McCauley (Patrick) and Libby Massengale (Derek); and his great grandchildren, Kol Heavilin and Skilar Heavilin.
