She is survived by: her children, Randi Vance (Jack) of Eugene, OR, Tisa Cerminara (Perry) of Lebanon, PA, Kalyn Kovacik of Cadiz and Joseph Kovacik (Melissa Perry) of Cadiz; her grandchildren, Jaxen, Jakobi Vance, Joseph and Jordan Cerminara; her siblings, Judi DeCesare (Joe), Scott Sedgmer (Martha) and Jim Sedgmer (Angie); and her cousin Lorri Gay Giacobbi.
