It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Mattern Phillippi (Cadiz, Ohio), who passed away on December 27, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reson Neil and Lila Work Mattern; her husband Fredrick R. Phillippi; her grandson Matthew N. Phillippi; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Phillippi; her sisters, Mary Ann Nelms and Margaret J. Johnson; and her brothers-in-law, Walter Phillippi, George Nelms and James Johnson.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark F. Phillippi (Debra) and Neil R. Phillippi; and her grandchildren, Brian, Kristin, Scott, Lisa, Brady, Susan, Margaret and Neil. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
