He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Clyde and Viola Ross Kiggins; his sister Dorothy Garble; his nieces, Carol and Diana Garble; and his nephew John G. Garble.
He is survived by: his significant other Connie Kiggins (Waller); his children, Todd Kiggins (Donna) of Monroe and Tracie Mullins of Bloomingdale; his grandchildren, Dustin Kiggins, Sara Winland (Dakota Sweeney), Mikayla Winland, Dillon Mullins (Kayla) and Miranda Mullins; his great grandchildren, Abel, Novah Sweeney, Malik, Malachi, Ellis and Khloe Mullins; and his son-in-law Michael Winland (Rebecca).
Facial coverings and social distancing will be observed.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for memorial contributions to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
