Grace Carter Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry E. Deaton and Jessie Phillips Deaton Ferrie; her husband Richard Eugene Carter, Sr.; her grandson Shawn Shoulders; and her siblings, Harry E. Deaton, Bill Deaton, Katherine Leluika, Doris Frohnapfel and Hazel Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Mercer (Jeff) of St. Clairsville, Priscilla Grabits (Wally) of Adena, Richard Carter (Brenda) of Cadiz and Becky Shoulders (Lee) of Wintersville. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
