He was predeceased by: his parents, Asa Cowans and Marie Cowans (Crawford). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Cowans (Brown); and his children, Frederick Cowans, Jr. (Sharmaine) of Reynoldsburg, Pamela Cowans of Powder Springs, Georgia, Roderick Cowans, Sr. of Cadiz, Ohio, Taylor, Rod, Jr., Devin, Isaiah, Jakob, Sedric, Caleb, Mason, Norah, Becca and Ila.
Facial coverings and social distancing will be required.
