He is survived by: his wife Nancy Martin Cunningham; his son Joseph Cunningham of Kingsville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Cameron, Alec Cunningham, Ashley HilKert, Andrew Cunningham and Shevelle Roberts; his great grandchildren, Mycah and Jace; his stepdaughter Angie Mallernee Thomas; his stepgrandchildren, Lucas, Landen and Lillian Thomas; his siblings, Michael Cunningham, Sr. (Roberta) of New Rumley, Paul Cunningham of Carrollton, Susan Dalton of Waynesburg and Ruth Reed of Alliance; and his half-sister Sharon Mansfield of Mt. Vernon, Ohio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
