She is survived by: her parents, Donnie McMillion and Bonnie Sue Hanson; her children, Frederick Ryan Bower of Powhatan Point, Zachary Ryan McNutt of Cadiz and Jenna Marie McNutt of Martins Ferry, Ohio; her grandchildren, Shaun, Ezekiel, Ophelia and Isabella; and her siblings, Juanita Tucker (Ben) of Adena, Michael Lee McMillion of Cadiz, Bobby Erwin Frazier, Jr. of Zanesville and David Alan Frazier of St. Clairsville.
