He was predeceased by: his parents, Don E., Sr. and Frances Foster Sickle. He is survived by: his wife Candace Blankenship Sickle; his daughter Holly Sickle; his sister Nancy Pulka (Larry); and his nieces and nephews, Lorrie (John), Emily Jackson, Michael Litman (Jennifer), Paula Ledoux (Mark), Donna East (Marc), Brad Barnhart (Dawn), Larry Barnhart and Julie Barnhart.
