He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hayes and Pearl Padgett Hayes; and his son Charles Hayes, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jean Roghelia Hayes; his children, Anthony Hayes (Megan) of Cadiz, Rick Roghelia (Kerri) of Cadiz and Tammy Hendrix of Mingo Junction; and his sister Carol Lishick (Pete) of Adena, Ohio.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
