He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred S. Moore and Kathryn V. Moore; and his brother-in-law George Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Moore (Hawkins); his grandchildren, Jared, Brennon, Alex, Nick and Hanna; and his siblings-in-law, Ron Hawkins of Hopedale and Raye Ann Campbell of Cadiz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
