It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Brown of Cadiz, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on August 30, 2022, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Guy Edward Brown of Germano and Judith Ann Dulkoski Brown; his fiancé Kim Henry; his siblings, Charlotte Morris (David) of New Rumley, Rodney (Carrie) of Germano and Roger Brown of Germano; and his children, Kimberly and Chuckie Brown. He was also cherished by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
