He was predeceased by: his parents, William Smallwood and Elva Wynn (Anderson); and his siblings, Phillip Alan Wynn and Patricia Bumgardner. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Kay Wynn; his children, Melissa Mae Engle of Bellefontaine, Sherry Lynn Allen (Charles Timothy) of Bellefontaine, Amanda Kay Wynn of Cable, Heather Renee Wynn of Cable, Ohio, James Phillip Wynn of Kentucky, Richard Thomas Wynn (Robbin) of Indiana, William Shayne Wynn and Kelly Louise Cole of Bellefontaine, Ohio; and his stepchildren, Ben, Heather Conrad, Michelle Rollins, Dawn Rollins and Wendy Rollins. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; a great many nieces and nephews.
