She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph E. Boldman and Norma Boldman (Willet); and her brother Wayne Boldman. She is survived by: her husband Ron Meadows; her children, Tara Lachelle Meadows, Matthew Lee Meadows (Kenisha) and Dustin Meadows (Cathryn); her grandchildren, Teegan, Maddy, Drake, Sutton, Adison, Alyssa and Ashton; and her sisters, Sandy Eckurd (Rick) and Debbie Boldman.
