He was predeceased by: his parents, James S. Conley and Donna F. Trimby of Urbana; his father-in-law John "Jack" Winner; and his grandparents, Frank, Verna Trimby, Willie and Jennie Conley.
He is survived by: his wife Susan K. Winner; his children, Heather Smith (Matthew) of Columbus, Nicholas Conley (Katie) of Urbana and Matthew Conley (Brittney) of Urbana, Ohio.; his granddaughters, Sydney Conley and Emerie Conley; his mother-in-law Jeanie Girardi (Robert); and his brother-in-law Brad Winner (Jackie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
