He is survived by: his wife Cherrie Culwell of Cable; his children, Michelle Culwell (Jason Whitt) of Oilsprings, Chris Culwell (Meghan), Vanessa Blair (Jason) and Nancy Whetsel (Richard) of Shelbiana; his grandchildren, Michael Paul Keene, Shae Coleman, Jordan Keene, Kaylei Blair, Grayden Blair, Jaycee Culwell, Elliott Culwell, Chelsea George, Blake Caudill and Jake Caudill; his great grandchildren, Bryson Coleman, Jayce Keene and Jaxton Coleman; and his siblings, Frankie Dencil Culwell of Johnson County, Leon Culwell of Johnson County, Ricky Culwell of Johnson County, Nancy Brown of Cable, Connie Mayhab of Louisa, Rita Vanhoose (Jimmy) of Cable and June Vanhoose (Tommy) of Vanlear.
