Knox; his parent Joyce Knox (Massie); his children, Paul Knox and Brittany Knox; his stepchildren, Andrew Pack and Amber Pack; his grandchildren, Kaiden Knox, Bella Hill and Ariel Hill; his nephew Brian Massie; and his niece Jessica Massie.
