He was predeceased by: his mother Dixie Violet Wagner (Anderson); and his grandparents, Forrest, Hazel Wagner, Brewer and Ruby Anderson.
He is survived by: his father Clinton E. Wagner (Panda); his wife Sandra A. Wagner (Neff); his children, Kelly Marie Wagner and Christopher E. Wagner; his grandchildren, Jacob, Ashley, Michael, Prestyn, Mason and Aubrey; his great grandchildren, Raelynn and Sebastion; and his sisters, Valerie Sharp (Donald), Terry Wagner (Michael Hand), Judy Damico (Frank), Mendy Chard (Jeff) and Jenniffer Darlington (Paul). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
