He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foster Sr. and Roseanne Doty (Shy); his sisters, Genevieve Harvey, Margaret McCulla, Betty Hamilton and Joanne Henry; his parents-in-law, Brice and Elsie Parker; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Bailey and Norma Jean Johnson.
He is survived by: his friend Church; his wife JoAnn Parker; his children, John Douglas Doty (Sarah), Becky Neer (Mark), Deb, Sand and Amanda Robison (Thad); his grandchildren, Molly Wearly (Jason), Marcy Bailey, Abby Neer, Jason Ryder (Valerie), Katie Ryder, Haley Ryder, Wesley Bahan (Holly), Wade Bahan (Jessica), Leslie Hurst (Steven), Brittany Napier (Andrew), Summer Doty, Zane Robison and Wyatt Robison; his sister Mary Powell; and his sister-in-law Linda Kreglow. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
