He was predeceased by: his parents, Berman Wilkins and Martha Wilkins (McCullough); and his siblings, Barbara Ziegler, Rebecca Wiant and Berman Wilkins.

He is survived by: his children, Jeff Wilkins (Cheryl) and Cynthia Williamson (Michael); his grandchildren, Kara Wilkins, Brandon Shiflett, Taylor Wilkins, Alexis Wilkins, Joshua Brubaker, Kristin Breslin, Sara Mink, Kathryn Adam, Meghan Reed and Heather Williamson; his great grandchildren, Amelia Fraley, Kathleen Mink, Anna Mink, Hayden Brubaker, Tatam Brubaker, Cooper Breslin and Sawyer Breslin; his siblings, William Wilkins and Kathleen Partrick; and also Jason Wilkins (Sheila). He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews.
