He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Thomas and Mary Elizabeth Lawson (Hoffman); his wife Barbara Lawson (Helms); his daughters, Tamara Ansley and Michelle Burhans (Wesley); his grandchildren, Lauren Ansley, Jessica and Seth Burhans; and his brother Darrell Lawson (Donna). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
