He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Franklin and Alta Mae Cushman (Yoder); his wife Margaret Cushman (Burchett); his sister Dorothy Picklesimer (Lowell); and his sister-in-law Martha Cushman.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Cushman (Cindy), Hazel Little and Evon Alexander (Tom); his grandchildren, Becky Taylor (Randall), Tommy Alexander (Miranda), Darren Cushman (Kimberly), Tony Cushman (Whitney), Kevin Bennett (Amy), Kenny Bennett (Carrie) and Brandy Coleman (Steve); his great grandchildren, Peyton, Memphis Taylor, Kashen, Rees Alexander, Aurora, Kendra, Callie Cushman, Kenton, Cami, Carmen, Kelsi Bennett and Destiny Colman; and his siblings, Earl Cushman and Mary Headley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
