He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Johnson; his children, Jackie Lynn Grubb (James), Malana Peterman (Rick), April Boggs (Joey) and Stephen Ray Johnson; and his siblings, Jimmy Johnson, Kevin Johnson, William Lusher, Dwayne Lusher, Darlene Hauck, Cheral Daniel and Diana Jill Lusher. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
