She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Rogan and Bertha Rogan (Artis); and her brothers, John Rogan, Perry Rogan, Rudolph Rogan and Howard Rogan.

She is survived by: her daughter Jasmine Sinclair; her siblings, Martha Rogan, Willard Rogan (Stella), Iva Harris, Louis Rogan, Nancy Evans (Ronald) and Marva Rogan; the father of her child Raymond Sinclair; and her close friends, Betty, Nancy and Barb. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
