He was predeceased by: his parents, Willam T. Shivers and Wilma (Davis) of Byesville; his significant other Cheryle Shivers (McClelland); his granddaughter Jennifer Arnold; and his sister Sharon Shivers.
He is survived by: his daughters, Billie Jo Spieler (Susan) of Pittsburgh, PA and Jennie Campbell (Tom) of Cambridge; his grandchildren, Larry Armes of Campbell, Stephen Arnold of Pittsburgh, PA and Rylee Darlene Campbell of Hopewell; his close friends, Steve and Bernice Klingensmith of Cambridge; and his pet Baylee. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions in Bill's name be made to Hospice of Guernsey Inc., PO Box 1165, Cambridge OH 43725.
