Victoria Sokol Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2022, at the age of 90, Victoria Sokol of Byesville, Ohio, born in Buffalo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lonca and Blanche Lonca (Olshawsky); her husband Vasil Sokol Jr.; and her brothers, Alex Lonca, Stanley Lonca and John Lonca.
She is survived by: her daughter Leisa; her son-in-law Gary Brown; her granddaughter Aarica DuBeck; her sister Sophia Kahn of Cambridge; her niece Celeste Deckman (Glen) of Navarre; her pet Moose; her caregivers, Beth Robb and Courtney Huhn; and her friend Thais Anderson. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Vicki battled the devastating disease of Alzheimer's for approximately seven years, having done so with the utmost dignity, even at the end.
