It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verna Mae Wilkos (Byesville, Ohio), born in Coal Run, Ohio, who passed away on March 21, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George C. Fulton and Mary Geraldine Williams Fulton; her husband George J. "Sonny" Wilkos; and her siblings, William K. Fulton and Alberta Jean Ross.
She is survived by: her children, Annette Ward (Kennan) of Columbus, Rick Haught (Kathy) of Senecaville, Tammy Leasure (Ed) of Cambridge and Cherish Ditch (Jerry) of Caldwell; and her stepchildren, Teresa Moore (Steve) of Caldwell, John Wilkos (Tina) of Athens and Bryan Wilkos (Donna Johnson) of Caldwell. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
