He is survived by: his wife Louise Sills (Smith); his siblings, John Sills of Byesville, Jerry Sills (Jean) of Byesville and Ginger Heater (Vance); his sons, Scott Sills (Chris) of Sarahsville, Tom Sills Jr. (Michelle) of Byesville and Brian Sills of Byesville; his grandchildren, Ryan Sills (Morgan) of Belle Valley, Amber Hyland (Brendon) of Byesville, Devin Sills of Sarahsville and Erica Sills of St. Clairsville; his stepgrandchildren, Nick Hudson and Nichole Laird; his great grandchildren, Hadley, Ripken, Harper, River and Quinton; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Laklyne, Logan and Liam; his great great grandchild Sophia; and his siblings-in-law, Rick Smith (Sue) of Cambridge and Sally Sills of Powhatan Point. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
