She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Patchen and Mary Patchen (Repasky); her husband Robert F. Urdak; her son John Collins; and her siblings, Olga Cox, Erma Hatten, Helen Murphy, Mary Baldridge, John Patchen, Mickey Patchen, Pauline Rohrich and Charlie Patchen.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Collins of Byesville, Bryan Urdak of Byesville and Kathy Calvey (Gary) of Cambridge; her grandchildren, Tiffany, John, Brett, Robert, Chris, Ray, Bill, Camron and Shelby; and her friend Louise Sills of Byesville. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
