Richard Cook Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard M. Cook and Ruby L. Cook (Smith); and his brother Leonard M. Cook Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Josie Cook (Kasper); his son Matt Motes (Rebekah); his grandchildren, Bobby Motes, Brody Motes, Boston Archer and Lindsey Butler; his siblings, Sara Lathrop, Chris Hall (Richard) and Donald Cook (Jana); his siblings-in-law, Maria Neff (Ron) and Paul Kasper (Coleen); and his mother-in-law Orpha Kasper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Richard gave the gift of life thru organ and tissue donation.
