She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Howell and Ellen Fulton Howell; her husband Jim Vaughan of Byesville; her siblings, Peggy Howell of Morristown, OH., Randy Howell (Diana) of Cadiz, OH and John Howell (Leann) of Flushing, OH.; her brothers-in-law, Stanley Vaughan (Connie) of Green, OH and John Vaughan (Della) of Grapevine, TX.; and her cousin Don Davis. She was also cherished by nephews, three great nephews, two great nieces.
