He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bonar and Ellen Bonar (Whatler); and his wife Ella V. "Sally" Bonar (Gray). He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Bonar and Martha H. Brutton; his aunt Georgia Harris; his children, David C. Bonar (Denise) of Trinity, AL and Beverly Ann Thompson (Tom) of Wayne Lakes; his grandsons, Christopher Bonar, Curtis Bonar, Michael Waymare and Todd Waymare; and his cousins, Judy Lackey of Liberty, IN. and Shirley Sexton of Liberty, IN.. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
