He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank T. Sherby and Lena Sherby (Glass). He is survived by: his brother Daniel T. Sherby of Byesville; his children, Mark A. Sherby II of Millersport and Pamela Purvis (Lloyd) of Millersport; his grandchildren, Sydney of Millersport, Olivia of Millersport, Zane of Millersport, Mason of Millersport and Carter of Millersport; his great grandchildren, Kylie of Millersport and Evelyn of Millersport; and his close friend Priwan Downing of New Concord.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Mark's name be made to Genesis Hospice (c/o Genesis HealthCare Foundation, 1135 Maple Avenue, Zanesville OH 43701).
