She is survived by: her father Andrew Balik; her son Jordan Michael Sivard; her sister Paula Cline (Balik); her brother-in-law Jud Cline; her nephews, Tanner Balik and Brock Cline; her great-nephew Andrew Balik; and her grandmother Carolyn Huntsman. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
