He is survived by: his daughters, Amber Hazinakis of Byesville, Heather Hazinakis of Lore City and Brittany Hazinakis of Byesville; his siblings, Brian Hazinakis of Cambridge, Randy Dale Cutright of Cambridge, Tina Ford of Cambridge and Kiria Griffith (Robert) of Martins Ferry; his grandchildren, Nevaeh Francis, Zayden McKinney, Zayla Francis, Lanay Hazinakis and Ondre Hazinakis; and his friend Jerald Wayne Ray. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
