John Miser Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Miser (Byesville, Ohio), born in Cambridge, Ohio, who passed away on May 12, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kermit Miser and Janice Berry Miser; his brother Charles Richard "Dick" Miser; his nephew William Trott; and his wife Paula Todd Miser.

He is survived by: his children, Mark Miser (Becky) of Westerville, Kevin Miser (Pennie) of Kansas, Lori Smith (Howard) and Lesa Shipiro; his granddaughters, Nikki Miser and Samantha Miser (John); his great grandchildren, Jaklynn Arlington and Danny Smith; his sisters, Paula Trott and Kathie Greathouse (James); his sister-in-law Sylvia Miser; his brothers, Joseph Miser (Darlene), David Miser (Kathy) and Michael Miser (Julie Lorimer); his nieces and nephews, Jeannie Roe, Jessica Trott, Denise Clark, Stacy Stoney, Amanda Glasgow, Jennifer Zaayer, Susie Schockling, Leah Braun, Melissa Miser, Miranda Miser, Danny Miser, Kevin Miser, Tony Miser, Eric Greathouse, James Miser, Jeff Miser and Liam Miser; and his friend Jim Barlock. He is also survived by many other cousins and extended family.

John's wish was that his remains be left to the Ohio University Medical School for study and research, but due to the CoVid 19 Pandemic they are not accepting donations at this time.
