He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Delik Warner; his sons, Fred "Buddy" Ginn (Tricia) of Byesville and Brett Ginn (April) of Thornville, OH; his grandchildren, Luke, Lillian Ginn and Kaitlyn Hazinakis (Zach); his great grandchild Raelyn Jo Hazinakis; his siblings, William "Blackie" Warner (Linda) of Summerfield, OH, Frank Warner (Jane) of Summerfield, Ronnie Warner (Marj) of Byesville, OH, Clarence Warner (Becky) of Buffalo, OH, Fred Warner (Jennifer) of Delaware, OH, Rick Warner of Caldwell, Barbara Leonard of Summerfield and Joan Yokum of Pennsylvania; his siblings-in-law, Debbie Warner, Pam Traxler, Lisa Mallett (John) and Joe Delik (Shelly); and his close friends, Ed and Sue Ann Mallernee. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
