She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Eason and Bethel M. Eason (Norton). She is survived by: her husband Mark Addis; her daughters, Cindy Stombaugh of Senecaville, Carol Stombaugh of Byesville and Cherie Cain (Charles) of Senecaville; and her grandchildren, Amanda Blackledge (Josh) of Cambridge, Kristy Harding (Tim) of Senecaville and Ben Cain (Amanda) of New Concord. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
