He is survived by: his mother Helen McCollum (Cox) of Byesville; his wife Melinda McCollum (Newport); his children, Kody McCollum (Kayla) of Cumberland and Kandi Raach (Bryan) of Cambridge; his grandchildren, Paxton, Hunter, Paislee, Holden, Addison, Paityn and Hudson; his sister Patricia Olmstead (Steve); his sister-in-law Mary Ann McCollum; and his nephew Troy Bennett (Chiho).
