He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwayne "Red" Hewison and Dorcella Gibson (Weekley). He is survived by: his wife Judy Kay; his son-in-law Jeff; his children, Gary E. Hewison Jr. (Teresa) of Burlington, Mike Hewison (Nikki) of Senecaville and Dee Jerles of Lawton, OK; and his brothers, Kenny Hewison (Sandy) of Buffalo, Randy Bean (Barb) of Byesville and Roger "Skip" Bean (Patricia) of Cambridge. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
