She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Clifford Mackey and Mabel Sarah Mackey (Marsh); her husband Kenneth Lee Adkins; and her brother Paul C. Mackey. She is survived by: her children, Sarah Foraker (Mitch) of Senecaville, Jeffery Sigman (Marie) of Cambridge, Christie Blackstone (David) of Galloway and Paul A. Sigman (Margery) of Cambridge; her brother Thomas Mackey of Byesville; her sister-in-law Barb Mackey of Byesville; and her pet Boomer. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren.
