He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo Phillips and Mabel Phillips (Irwin); and his wife Linda June Phillips (Roach). He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Phillips (Deanna) of Zanesville and Christopher Phillips (Chelsee Travierso) of Zanesville; and his grandchildren, Savannah, Jacob, Xavier, Christian, Alissa, Autumn, KaLeigh, Isabella, Jonathan and Emmitt. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
