He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Moore and Nancy Moore (Leasure); his wife Jill Moore; and his daughter Kelsi Moore. He is survived by: his children, Taylor Johnson (Dylan) and Brennan Moore (Blake Hardesty); his grandchildren, Braxtyn and Brexlie Johnson; and his siblings, Carol Simmons (Troy), Denise Jeffery and Richard Moore.
