He was predeceased by: his parents, John Felton and Mildred Felton (Johnson); and his siblings, John "Sonny" Felton of Lore City, Marybell George, Irene Phiel and Juanita Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Felton (Newbury); his daughters, Cindy Felton of Springfield, Darlene Aleckson (Tom) of Isanti, MN and Janice Fischer (Jim) of Broomfield, CO; and his sister Vivian Shepherd of Cincinnati. He is also survived by five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
